Refund Policy

This is the store's own refund policy. It does not limit any right you have by law: where the law gives you more, the law applies.

Your right of withdrawal

Everything in the store is a digital service supplied to your Minecraft account right after the payment. At checkout you ask us to supply it immediately and acknowledge that your 14-day right of withdrawal ends once supply has begun (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU); the box for that is never ticked for you. We keep a record of what you confirmed (the exact text, its version, and when) with the order, and your order page and billing history show it.

Stardust packages: a goodwill refund

As a goodwill gesture beyond the law, you may ask for a refund of a Stardust package within 14 days of the purchase, as long as none of the Stardust it gave you has been used and no refund, chargeback or dispute concerns it. Each request is looked at by a person; it is not automatic and not guaranteed.

"None of it used" is read from the server's own Stardust ledger, first in, first out: Stardust you already had is spent before a newer package is touched, so buying a package and then spending less than you had before still leaves that package unused. Your billing history shows, for every order, until when a request is possible and whether its Stardust is still unused.

Ranks and subscriptions

Refund requests for VIP and Supporter are looked at case by case. A Supporter subscription can be cancelled at any time in the Tebex customer area; it then stays active until the end of the paid month.

How to ask

Contact us (support@tebex.io) with your order reference (shown in your billing history). Every request is answered by a person; the store never decides automatically. Approved refunds are paid back by Tebex, the seller of record, to the payment method you used.

What a refund does

When a payment is refunded or charged back, what it gave is taken back on the server: the purchased Stardust (as much as is left; a balance never goes below zero) and the rank bought with it. A Supporter subscription ended by a refund does not leave VIP behind.

At checkout

The consent you give at checkout is recorded with the order (the exact text, its version and the time). It is a record of your request and acknowledgement; it does not take away any right the law gives you beyond it.
