These terms cover purchases on the Monsters VS Guards store. The store is run by Tebex Limited. Payments are processed by Tebex, which acts as the seller of record (Merchant of Record) for every payment and whose own terms apply to the payment itself.

What you buy

The store sells digital items for the Minecraft server Monsters VS Guards: Stardust (the store's currency), ranks (VIP, Supporter) and global gem boosters. They exist only on the server and in its Discord; they have no value outside it and can't be exchanged for money.

• Stardust is added to the Minecraft account you're signed in with, as soon as the payment is confirmed. It is spent on the server or in this store. It can't be transferred to another player.
• VIP is a one-time purchase and doesn't expire.
• Supporter is a monthly subscription. It lasts while it is paid. While it's active you get the discount shown in the store on eligible products. When it ends (not after a refund or a chargeback) you keep VIP.
• Boosters are bought with Stardust. A booster starts right away and raises gem rewards for every player on the server for its duration.

Your account

You sign in by proving you own your Minecraft account (a code you confirm in game), never by typing a username. Purchases always go to the Minecraft account you're signed in with. Buy only for an account you control.

Delivery

Items are delivered to the Minecraft server automatically once the payment is confirmed; usually within seconds, and at the latest when the server is back online if it was down.

Refunds

See the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law.

Changes and availability

Prices and products can change; a price you were shown at checkout is the price you pay. We may change or retire items as the game changes. If an item you bought is removed, contact us.
